- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role and appropriate further training
- Completed specialized training in intensive care nursing or successful completion of an IMC course

Main responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the department
- Ensuring smooth operations, including resource and shift planning Promotion and development of the team
- Implementation of new standards and guidelines
- Assisting in budgeting and financial planning
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and other specialists
- Advising and supporting the nursing team in complex situations and actively participating in direct patient care
- Co-responsibility for defining and achieving departmental goals Your
Key requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role and appropriate further training
- Completed specialized training in intensive care nursing or successful completion of an IMC course
- Experience in the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
