Your Mission
The context and your future service
The rehabilitation and geriatric service has 47 rehabilitation beds and 8 acute geriatric beds as well as a strong outpatient activity. The service is currently in a dynamic of strong development, led by a project to increase acute geriatric beds, the creation of neurological rehabilitation beds and the deployment of our outpatient offer. You will integrate a multidisciplinary medical team (internists, specialists in RPM, rheumatologists, neurologists) working in close synergy with all our specialists in rehabilitation (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, logopedists, dieticians and psychologists).
Your missions and objectives
- Clinical Excellence: Ensure and contribute to the excellence of clinical services in the field of neurology and participate in its outpatient development.
- Development: Actively participate in the creation and development of outpatient and stationary activity in neurology.
- Leadership and Management: Contribute to the management, organization and representation of the service.
- Transmission: Develop and participate in the teaching of doctors in training, as well as in the conduct of various symposia.
- Interdisciplinarity: Work hand in hand with health care and therapeutic teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated and focused care to achieve patient goals.
- Network: Work closely with acute care teams, other HIB specialists and our external partners.
- Continuity of care: Participate in continuity of care with other physicians in the service.
Your assets
- You have a federal degree in medicine and a degree in Neurology (or a foreign diploma recognized by MEBEKO)
- A competence in EMG and/or a special attraction for neurological rehabilitation would be an asset.
- You are recognized for your ability and taste to work in an interdisciplinary team.
