Role overview
Mission
As part of this function, attached to our Clothing Division, you will manage the team and all production activities of the Na-utilus Line Workshop, in close coordination with the other workshops of the division, as well as the other services and divisions, in order to ensure the implementation of the production plan in the quality criteria and standards Patek Philippe.
You will be responsible for the achievement of the results and facilitation of the Collaborator Experience.

- Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and time to achieve the goals.
- To provide support for training and the development of versatility within the Workshop.
- ES technician or other diploma deemed equivalent.
Main responsibilities
- Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and time to achieve the goals.
- To provide support for training and the development of versatility within the Workshop.
- Analyse operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and time of operation.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and ensure compliance with the Patek Philippe standards.
- Advance the activities and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with the other Workshops, as well as, in collaboration with support services, internal customers and other Services and Divisions. Profile sought
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
- Prior experience in management desired.
- Technical knowledge of traditional production and CNC.
- Knowledge of production management and Lean manufacturing.
- Mastery of office automation tools (MS Office / SAP).
