Main responsibilities

  • Conduct and supervise production operations, implementing advanced equipment such as centrifuges, pasteurizers, mixers and manufacturing tanks
  • Conduct rigorous quality controls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement
  • Manage facility cleaning and maintenance proactively, using both manual and automated systems to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Collaborate effectively on a dynamic team, demonstrating flexibility at night, on weekends and participating in the picket service
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment Required
  • Experience confirmed: in the craft or agri-food industry
  • Initial or continuing training completed: from Milk Technologist, Food Technologist or Food or Higher Education
  • Experience in leading automated installations
