We are looking for a marketing and communication specialist (m/f/d) 80-100% for our marketing department in French-speaking Switzerland or German-speaking Switzerland. Your tasks

• Write and produce attractive content for our various internal and external communication channels (website, social networks, newsletters, brochures, specialised publications, press releases, etc.)
• Ensure active media and sector monitoring to identify relevant topics and value the company's projects, achievements and expertise
• Work closely with the various internal teams as well as with our external partners to collect, structure and disseminate information (graphicists, photographers, etc.)
• Participate in the design, updating and optimization of our communication and marketing media (brochures, presentations, campaigns, website, advertisements, digital content).
• Contribute to the development and animation of our presence on social networks and other digital channels
• Support the implementation of marketing actions aimed at increasing the visibility and image of the company
• Registration and organisation of various student fairs in collaboration with the recruitment team

Your profile

• Higher education in communication, marketing, journalism, public relations or equivalent
• Excellent editorial skills and ease in adapting tone and content to different target audiences
• Mastery of common graphical and computer tools (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Office Suite, SharePoint)
• Experience in web content management; knowledge in digital marketing is an asset
• High interest in environmental engineering, civil engineering, energy and water
• Ability to popularize complex technical topics and make them accessible to diverse audiences
• French or German mother tongue, with excellent mastery of the other language (minimum B2/C1). Knowledge of English and/or Italian is an advantage
• Curious, creative, proactive and open personality, with an excellent sense of organization and collaboration
