Main responsibilities
- Instruct, support and promote team members - and be their role model
- You pay special attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread, and combat food waste by placing clever orders
- Order goods at the right time and in the right quantity
- Skillfully plan work within the framework of the weekly plan and thus ensure efficient processes in your store
- Do everything possible to balance the figures - in terms of turnover, personnel costs and stock of goods Required
- Three years or more of professional and leadership experience: as department, sector or department manager in retail
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (AFP): in retail (food) or a related profession is an advantage
- Love fresh produce and ideally have experience in this area
- Ability to plan and organize tasks and a keen eye for interpreting key figures
- In good physical condition, some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos
