- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the site's energy facilities, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cold production, boilers, compressors and controls
- Monitoring of the condition and operating parameters of the installations, detection of anomalies, carrying out diagnostics and implementing appropriate corrective actions

Main responsibilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the site's energy facilities, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cold production, boilers, compressors and controls
- Monitoring of the condition and operating parameters of the installations, detection of anomalies, carrying out diagnostics and implementing appropriate corrective actions
- Implementation of planned maintenance operations, technical checks and safety and performance tests to ensure reliability of equipment
- Participation in improving plant performance and optimising energy consumption through monitoring of consumption indicators and records
- Participation in the commissioning, adjustment and control of new equipment and coordination of specialized interventions or external partners where necessary

Application process
- Application of internal procedures, WES instructions and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance and operation processes Requirements
- 1-3 years: Experience in the maintenance of technical or energy installations; experience in the industrial, tertiary or on-site environment is an asset
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): CFC or technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, climate engineering, energy, thermal or automation
- Good knowledge of multi-technical maintenance as well as HVAC, electrical, thermal or refrigeration facilities
- Mastering the reading and interpretation of drawings, electrical diagrams and technical documents
- Knowledge of safety rules and regulatory requirements for energy installations
- Good analysis and strong diagnostic capabilities to effectively solve technical problems
- Mastery of computer maintenance tools; knowledge of SAP PM is an asset

- Application of internal procedures, WES instructions and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance and operation processes
- You are willing and able to provide a picket service according to a rotation system, including a daily picket at 6am and 6pm, as well as a night picket from 6pm to 6am, insured over a full week, from Friday to Friday French (Very good knowledge)
