Main responsibilities
- Plan major preventive or extraordinary maintenance interventions in coordination with production and maintenance sectors
- Coordinate external resources and ensure spare parts availability
- Optimize the duration of major plant shutdowns and oversee preparations for intervention
- Participate in the development and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in collaboration with maintenance managers
- Propose, monitor and update key performance indicators for maintenance services
- Accompany and coach maintenance leaders and technicians in their activities
- Contribute to the definition of annual maintenance budgets and optimize intervention costs
- Work actively with different departments to ensure effective coordination of planned activities Requirements
- Minimum experience 5 years: in industrial maintenance planning
- Initial or continuing training completed: in a technical field (polymechanical, automation, electrical, mechanical) or training deemed equivalent, federal patent of maintenance agent an asset
