- As a system gastronomy EBA learner, you will be trained mainly through daily practice in gastronomy, accompanied by experienced instructors. Among other things, you will learn:
- Preparation of products according to quality and hygiene standards Welcome, service and advice to customers
- Care for order and cleanliness in the workplace
