- Development and implementation of projects for the sustainable increase of efficiency in production, including their effectiveness control Advancing the lean approach in production
- Maintenance and further development of shop floor management as well as production-related processes
Main responsibilities
- Development and implementation of projects for the sustainable increase of efficiency in production, including their effectiveness control Advancing the lean approach in production
- Maintenance and further development of shop floor management as well as production-related processes
- Support of production in causal analysis and problem solving, as well as training of the necessary concepts such as A3, Ishikawa, PSP, DMAIC, etc.
- Planning, organizing and conducting workshops on setup time reduction as well as order and cleanliness (5S) Requirements
- Completed basic technical education, studies in food technology, or comparable qualification
- Experience in lean management, especially in the food or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt is desirable, but not a must
- Strong analytical skills and technical flair Conflict capacity and strong assertiveness Good presentation and moderation skills What we offer
