We are looking for a nurse for our continuing care service until 31.05.2027

MAIN TASKS

• Care for patients specific to continuing care and patients in Ambulatory care.
• Analyze and efficiently manage specific medical-surgical situations.
• Provide preventive, curative and educational nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate in the organization of work and in the smooth running of service activities.
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork.

TRAINING REQUIRED

• Be a holder of the ES or Bachelor of Nursing Science designation HES-SO,
• For a foreign diploma, Red Cross recognition is necessary
• Confirmed experience in specialized acute care
• To benefit from strong technical skills and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Motivated, effective, self-sustaining and with a high sense of responsibility, you know how to anticipate and are very organized.
• High ability to work team and multidisciplinary
• Sense of priorities in acute situations and good stress management
• Relationship qualities, empathy and ease in communication
• Availability and flexibility
