What you bring

• You get claims announcements over the phone and process claims files.
• As the first point of contact, you provide competent support to our policyholders and offer them quick solutions.
• You autonomously manage material damage and evaluate coverage issues.
• You offer quality customer service.

Your profile

• You are available immediately for a six-month CDD and ready to work 100%.
• You have training as a business employee, ideally in insurance, or a confirmed experience in private insurance.
• You ideally have experience in disaster management, which is a serious asset.
• You're comfortable with phone contacts with clients and writing mail.
• You have perfect command of the French language.
