Full description

• Create and update documentation on activities, workflows and HR processes
• Participate in the migration and structuring of HR documentation in Confluence as part of Agroscope’s HR wiki
• Participate in projects related to Jira Service Management: tests of interfaces and documentation of workflows (conditions, logic, automation rules)
• Develop and test prompts to automate repetitive management tasks, help promote the use of AI in HR processes
• Identify ways to automate controls when handling HR requests
• Support in ongoing HR administration tasks and in the design of supports for the Services & Processes group HR
• Ongoing or recently completed training (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, HR, business informatics or a related field
• Strong interest in the digitalisation of processes and collaborative tools
• Knowledge of Jira or Confluence is an advantage
• Interest in generative artificial intelligence and its application to specific tasks
• Text security and precise documentation
• Structured operation, independence and reliability
• Good knowledge of two official languages
