What You Do

• You lead and lead integrated security projects in large companies that want to improve their safety culture on a sustainable basis.
• In French-speaking Switzerland, you work in the field (about 50%) and you also have the possibility to telework or work on our various sites (Lausanne, Fribourg, La Chaux-de-Fonds).
• You advise companies in establishing an effective security system.
• You train corporate executives in Integrated Security.
• You prepare recommendations for specific actions and actively support businesses to reduce the risk of accidents. What you bring
• To benefit from basic technician or engineer training, you have several years of work experience in the field of safety at work and a solid managerial experience (management of teams and company responsibilities).
• French is your mother tongue and you have at least one B1 level in German.
• You have safety training, preferably at the STPS or CFST security specialist level.
• You have an excellent sense of communication and a strong customer orientation.
• The organization and planning of your professional activities, as well as your agility and flexibility, characterize you.
