Responsibilities

• Work directly in the field to analyze and optimize assembly processes, reduce production cycle times, and implement time-study standards
• Conduct workstation studies and flow analyses to identify waste and propose concrete improvements
• Perform value stream mappings (VSM) in collaboration with shop-floor teams
• Evaluate production costs and contribute to planning by defining realistic target standard times
• Recommend and implement ergonomic, safety, and organizational improvements
• Define and deploy standardized, sustainable industrial best practices
• Train and support operators and supervisors in adopting new standards and methods
• Document processes to ensure operational continuity and knowledge transfer

Profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering
• Good knowledge of engine manufacturing and assembly processes
• Skills in time measurement and work-time analysis
• Fluency in French and knowledge of English and/or German
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our offer

For this position, open only internally, LMB offers internal training to develop skills for the position:

• REFA Technician in Industrial Engineering
• Methods Time Measurement (MTM-1, MTM-2 and MTM-UAS)
• Support for analyses through coaching if necessary

A training agreement covering the costs will be established between LMB and the person who will hold this position for a period of 3 years.
