Role overview

As an Infrastructure Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in supervising and carrying out maintenance activities for equipment and buildings at the Micarna site, a leading meat producer and member of Migros-Industrie.

You help to guarantee the availability, reliability and security of installations and infrastructures.

Main responsibilities

  • You carry out preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance of installations (lifts, doors, small locksmith work, etc.)
  • You supervise the technical maintenance of the building
  • You collaborate with internal and external service providers to guarantee the safety and quality of interventions
  • You identify the root causes of malfunctions and implement the necessary measures You create and update maintenance plans
  • You supervise work orders and collaborate with your colleagues from other departments
  • You manages spare parts stocks and ensures the receipt and control of ordered goods Required
  • 3-5 years: Experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the field of buildings.
  • Knowledge of the agri-food sector, an asset
  • Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): You hold a CFC as an electrician installer, automobile/heavy goods/agricultural mechanic, or training considered equivalent
  • French (Very good knowledge) German (Good knowledge): French mother tongue with good knowledge of German required (level B1 min.)
