As an Infrastructure Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in supervising and carrying out maintenance activities for equipment and buildings at the Micarna site, a leading meat producer and member of Migros-Industrie. You help to guarantee the availability, reliability and security of installations and infrastructures. Mansioni

• You carry out preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance of installations (lifts, doors, small locksmith work, etc.)
• You supervise the technical maintenance of the building
• You collaborate with internal and external service providers to guarantee the safety and quality of interventions
• You identify the root causes of malfunctions and implement the necessary measures
• You create and update maintenance plans
• You supervise work orders and collaborate with your colleagues from other departments
• You manages spare parts stocks and ensures the receipt and control of ordered goods Required
• 3-5 years: Experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the field of buildings. Knowledge of the agri-food sector, an asset
• Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): You hold a CFC as an electrician installer, automobile/heavy goods/agricultural mechanic, or training considered equivalent
• French (Very good knowledge) German (Good knowledge): French mother tongue with good knowledge of German required (level B1 min.)
• Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, locksmithing and experience in the technical management of buildings
• Sense of organization, rigor, autonomy and proactivity
• Mastery of office tools (Office Suite, good knowledge of an ERP)
• Good physical condition and flexibility to work certain weekends (~2 Saturdays/month, very exceptionally on Sundays)
• Desire to develop in the role in the medium term
