Your mission

-providing quality care in partnership with the care provider and his/her family, in accordance with the current care philosophy - Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and participate actively both within the team and with all the members of the institution - Evaluate the benefits and make the necessary adjustments with a view to the constant improvement of the interventions

Your profile

• Diploma of general care nurse or equivalent training
• 2 years d, experience in acute care would be an asset
• Experience in geriatrics and/or respiratory and hospital rehabilitation
• Master's of the French language in oral and written
• Computer skills
• Special interest in multidisciplinary work
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Meaning of organization and responsibility
