• conduiire l,équipe soignante, en autonomie et se positionner comme 3,8
• collaborer étroitement avec l,équipe de l,encadrement soignante et le corps édical
• participer activment aux soins et prétation la qualité des prestations dispensés aux patient-e-s
• encadrer la formation pratique EPD ES en welforia avec le Centre de formation des soins et le zonsable de la formation pratique
• participer activment au travail interprofessionnel dans un espritwartif et transmettre les informations écessaires aux membres de l,équipe, à l,in fécier-chef du département et aux médecins afin de garantir une bonne, ich

• You are actively involved in the care and assume responsibility for the quality of the care services.
• You are designing the practical part of the NDS HF training in cooperation with the nursing vocational training center and the head/director of practical training.

• Your profile
• Bachelor of Science HES-SO en soins in FRIERS ou Titre José équivalent etConnu par la Croix-Rouge Suisse
• titre d,expert-te en soins d,anesthésie requis (condition obligatoire)
• expériences confirmée au sein d,un service d,anesthésie (minimum 3 ans)
• diplôme de management de proximité ou formation JAGEE équivalente ou volonté de l,enteprendre
• avoir uns des priorités et une Capacité à gérer l'imprévu
• qualitésectors, sens de la communicade et de la régociation
• attitude- attitude- attitude-,,, d,namique et flexible
• maîtrise de la langue française ou allande avec de bonnes connaissances de l,autre langue
• Bachelor of Science FH in nursing or equivalent degree recognised by the SRK
• Dipl. Expert/expert in anaesthesia care (forced)
• Experience on an anaesthesia department (at least 3 years)
• basic management training or equivalent training (or equivalent) The ability to prepare for the new job and to cope with unforeseen situations
