Afin de compléter son équipe, la direction des soins recherche pour le service des soins intensifs de l’HFR Fribourg – Hôpital cantonal des : Infirmier-ères en CDD de 6 mois (80-100 %) Votre mission :

• Prodiguer des soins de qualité en partenariat avec les patient-e-e et
• Participer activement à la continuité des soins en collaboration avec les équipes médicales et paramédicales.
• Développer vos compétences cliniques dans un cadre d’apprentissage structuré et accompagné.
• Contribuer à la qualité et à la sécurité des prestations en respectant les protocoles et standards institutionalnels. Votre profil :
• Diplôme d’infirmier-ère HES en soins généraux ou formation jugée équivalente, reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse.
• Expérience d’au minimum 2 ans en médecine et/ou chirurgie et/ou permanence.
• Stage final de la formation d’infirmier-ère (8 semaines) effectué dans un service d’urgences, de soins intensifs ou de salle de réveil.
• Compétences avérées en adaptation, technicité, communication, gestion du stress et des imprévus, flexibilité, esprit d’équipe, rigueur et proactivité.
• Motivation à évoluer dans des services à haute intensité et à développer vos savoirs cliniques.
• Maîtrise du français (connaissance de l’allemand un atout).
• Aisance avec les outils informatiques.
