- Diagnose evolving local needs by listening to the organization and developing proactive, localized interventions.
- Serve as an executive coach to senior leaders, building I&B capability and mentoring colleagues across the country.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritization, making strategic trade-offs regarding budget and capacity.
- Embed I&B behaviors into the local organizational culture so they become part of both strategic and daily employee experiences.
