Your missions

For the Thalassa Unit, psychiatry and psychotherapy for adults, taking care of patients with addiction:

• Participate in the design of care processes and contribute to their implementation
• Contribute to the improvement of interprofessional clinical practices
• Promoting measures to develop mental health care and support
• Alternate ICUS during absences
• Work closely with ICUS in the management of the care unit
• Participate in ongoing training of the care team
• Participate, on behalf of ICUS, in the development of institutional projects
• Contribute to the deployment of the values and principles set out in the RFSM Ethics Charter

Profile desired

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of mental health in hospitals
• Expertise in psychiatric problems and addictions
• Mastery of common computer tools
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Organizational sense
• Autonomy and responsibility
• Communication and negotiation
• Mastery of the French language, knowledge of the partner language, an asset
