- We are looking for an architect (ICT Architect) to strengthen the "Territory, Environment and Economy" (TEE) sector in the Domains and Solutions section.
- The main task is to ensure the evolution, consistency and performance of the information system in several fields of activity in order to cover their needs, while ensuring that the information technology strategy of the state of Fribourg is respected. Subordinate to Sector Head "TEE Your activities will include:
- Appropriate the cantonal strategy for digitisation and deduce a logical conception thereof, matching the expression of the needs of the beneficiary with the conformity of the reference architecture of the information system (SI) of the State

- Experience in an agile organization
- Autonomous personality, with very good analytical and synthesis abstraction capabilities, with great adaptability
- Sense of communication confirmed and adapted to various interlocutors; strong customer orientation

- Mastery of the French language with good editorial capacity and good knowledge of technical English.
