- Support and further development of the time management system Polypoint PEP PEP training for new planning managers
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Further training as a personnel assistant, higher vocational training desirable
Main responsibilities
- Superuser PEP:
- Support and further development of the time management system Polypoint PEP PEP training for new planning managers
- Holiday adjustments in the event of a change in employment level Holiday reductions
- Control tasks PEP: Partial incapacity for work, etc.
- Monthly financial statements including annual financial statements Quarterly control of balances upon leaving
- Maintain holiday calendar If you are interested, you have the option of taking on the following additional tasks: HR controlling and reporting requirements: Basic commercial training
- Further training as a human resources assistant, higher professional training desirable
- Professional experience in HR, as well as in the time management system PEP Good IT user knowledge Independent and responsible way of working
