- University or HES training in human resources, business management, law or equivalent, supplemented by a federal HR patent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, including ideally 3 years in a managerial position
- Experience confirmed as HR Business Partner Senior, HR Manager or equivalent, as well as in management of social partners and negotiation
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law, social insurance and HR processes
- French current, German knowledge and mastery of Microsoft 365 and SIRH tools
