- Responsibility for the operational management of all personnel processes Implementation of recruitment processes
- Control & support of demanding personnel and case management cases
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Leadership and participation in HR projects and working groups You bring with you:
- Purchase Basic education with a federal HR certificate or equivalent education/training
- several years of professional experience, of which at least 4 years in a comparable function, beneficial in public administration
- The ability to position oneself clearly, even in demanding situations, and at the same time consult in partnership
- High IT affinity, ideally experience with SAP-HR
