Your tasks

• Ensure all personnel administration, from entry to departure of employees
• Establish employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documents
• Manage deployments and update and quality of HR data in our systems
• Ensuring announcements, monitoring and correspondence with social insurance
• Be a trusted contact person for employees and managers on HR administrative issues
• Working closely with Payroll and HR Business Partners
• Contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes and, as required, their continuous improvement

Your profile

• Business training complemented by human resources training (e.g. HR Assistant Certificate or equivalent)
• Experience confirmed in HR administration in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of social insurance and the foundations of Swiss labour law
• Comfortable with IT tools and HR systems
• Abacus knowledge is an asset
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous personality with a real sense of service
• Relationship and pleasure in working as a team
• Driving licence

Period of CSD: October/November 2026 - July 2027 The post is based in Bulle, with regular trips to Renens.
