Full description

• Processing personnel management independently: employment contracts, ID cards and employment certificates
• Ensure contractual and administrative aspects of external obligations (fees, community service, unpaid activities)
• Control time management: time balances, dashboards, financial statements
• Create lists and working documents from different systems (SAP HR, BI) while ensuring data quality
• Be the contact person for the HR consultants in matters of human resource management, ensure representation in the team
• Analyze and standardize personnel management processes, develop good practice
• Commercial training (EFZ or equivalent), supplemented by completed or ongoing training in the human resources sector
• Precise, structured and independent working methods with a strong sense of data quality
• Good knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI and Atlassian tools is an advantage
• Interest in new work tools including artificial intelligence
• versatile and adaptable personality; can prioritize tasks on schedule, is capable of teamwork
• Knowledge of two official languages
