Do you want to help shape strategic HR topics and at the same time be close to business? In this role, you take over the support of our companies in Romandie and support management and executives as a sparring partner in strategic as well as operational issues.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive support and advice to the management and executives of our companies in the French part of Switzerland throughout the entire HR life cycle.
• Responsibility for strategic and operational HR topics, from recruitment to talent and succession management to complex HR and leadership issues.
• Support and implementation of transformations, organizational developments as well as integrations and acquisitions.
• Support and coaching of executives in labour law issues, conflict situations and separations.
• Recruitment of specialists and managers and participation in filling key positions.
• Develop HR action plans for the companies for which you are responsible.
• Management of cross-departmental and cross-location HR projects
• Development of HR action plans for the companies under management

You bring that with you

• Higher education with specialization in Human Resources.
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a demanding and dynamic corporate environment.
• Proven experience in advising management and executives on strategic and operational HR topics.
• Practical experience in change management, organizational development and talent and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as high competence in dealing with complex HR situations.
