- Operational and strategic advice to the assigned managers in all personnel-relevant issues
- Controlling the entire recruitment process – from personnel requirements planning to contracting for executives
Main responsibilities
- Operational and strategic advice to the assigned managers in all personnel-relevant issues
- Controlling the entire recruitment process – from personnel requirements planning to contracting for executives
Company and context
- Willingness to travel (decentralized HR organization)
- Accompaniment of employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary and separation talks
- Co-design and further development of modern HR processes and takeover of cross-divisional projects as well as support for new openings
- Support in personnel and succession planning as well as in talent management processes
- Planning and implementation of training courses, workshops and employee events Requirements
- Completed further training in the field of HR (e.g.
- HR certificate or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in gastronomy
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR processes
- High digital and data affinity, secure handling of HR tools
