- SWC or equivalent.
- 3 years experience min. in the administrative field, ideally in a similar function.
Main responsibilities

- Receive and direct requests from recipients, internal and external collaborators and partners at reception.
- Management of the caisse du site.
Key requirements
- SWC or equivalent.
- 3 years experience min. in the administrative field, ideally in a similar function.
- Mastery of French, oral and written, English an asset.
- Mastery of common office tools.
- Service.
- Adaptability and stress management.
- Relationship, listening and collaboration.
