Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations.
Our offer ranges from consulting services for older people and their relatives, general and specialized long-term care to care and care at home.
As the largest public Spitex in the district of Dielsdorf we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities.

- Care, care and advice of our clients at home Ensuring the care process
- Fall management and implementation of needs clarifications in tandem with a dipl.
- Completed apprenticeship as a health professional EFZ, Matura or equivalent
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1) Modern IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
Main responsibilities
- Care, care and advice of our clients at home Ensuring the care process
- Fall management and implementation of needs clarifications in tandem with a dipl.
- Working with members, doctors, hospitals, homes and other professional bodies
- Integrated 6-month internship in stationary acute and transitional care
- duration of training: 3 years ( shortened HF-studium of 2 years) Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
- Contemporary IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
- High social, methodological and professional competence
