Main responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the sector's operational, financial, qualitative and human objectives, including costs, returns and production losses.
- Manage, support and develop your managers, specialists and collaborators.
- Ensure optimum personnel planning and availability of facilities, machinery and materials for production.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, quality, compliance and animal welfare requirements.
- Analyze claims and coordinate corrective action and continuous improvement with relevant sectors.
- Pilot cross-sectoral projects, contribute to the development of production capacities and ensure the reliability of data in different systems.
- Coordinate external slaughters and ensure professional collaboration with internal and external partners. Required
- Professional experience: Confirmed in a production environment, in team management and in continuous improvement
- Higher school: Higher level training Higher school, higher professional examination or specialized college, ideally complemented by management training
- French (Very good knowledge) German (Good knowledge): Ideally bilingual French German, with a minimum level required B1 to B2 in German
