- You ensure the supply of live chickens to the slaughterhouse according to sales needs, respecting legal standards and animal welfare requirements.
- Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES): Diploma in agri-food technology or equivalent training.
- 5-10 years: Proven experience in a similar position required
Main responsibilities
- You manage the agricultural sector of the "chickens" value-added chain (breeders, hatchery, fattening) by implementing the defined objectives.
- You ensure the supply of live chickens to the slaughterhouse according to sales needs, respecting legal standards and animal welfare requirements.
- You transform the resources provided in accordance with the company's strategy to optimize results and yields.
- You establish and develop a professional partnership with fatteners and are responsible for animal welfare according to internal guidelines and official standards.
- You set objectives based on customer and company needs. Requirements
- 5-10 years: Proven experience in a similar position required.
- French (Good command) German (Very good knowledge): Native French or German speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language (minimum level C1).
- Training in the agricultural or agri-food sector, with significant experience in production management or a similar position.
- Solid knowledge of processes related to breeding, supply, and animal welfare.
- Ability to achieve annual objectives rigorously and ensure optimal results.
