- Manage a team of 7 to 10 people divided into different schedules
- Ensure coordination of activities within the internal transport sector
- Develop and update employee work schedules and train new entrants in the sector.
- Working on continuous improvement within the department
- Provide support in administrative tasks related to personnel management Required
- 1-2 years: experience in a similar position
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Logistician CFC or equivalent training
- You have a first successful experience in team driving
- Sociable, flexible and organized, you are also a conscientious and autonomous person.
- You master the standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP)
