- This position is designed as a transition and succession preparation function, allowing close collaboration with the current IT manager to ensure a structured transfer of knowledge and responsibilities, with a gradual shift towards the direction of the Information & Technology Service. Your main responsibilities

Main responsibilities
- This position is designed as a transition and succession preparation function, allowing close collaboration with the current IT manager to ensure a structured transfer of knowledge and responsibilities, with a gradual shift towards the direction of the Information & Technology Service. Your main responsibilities
- Defining and piloting the SI roadmap aligned with institutional objectives
- Planning and supervising network and system infrastructure
- Pilot the IS portfolio of projects, from analysis to deployment, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met
- Develop and implement an IT strategy and innovation aligned with institutional priorities (quality of care, human experience, efficiency)

- Ensure the management and availability of business applications (DPI, JIRA, SIHR)
- Develop and deploy an IT strategy integrating cybersecurity issues
- Ensuring the performance, security and sustainability of infrastructure and applications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, hospital network partners (FHVI) and external providers
- Design and deploy tools for data control and analysis
- Ensure robust technical architecture (networks, servers, cloud, mobility, integration) Training and experience
- Holder of a Master's or Bachelor's degree (HES, University, EPFL) in computer science, management computing or equivalent
- Have a project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
