Company and context
- in this key role, as a staff position, you will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for personnel, organizational and technical leadership as well as the further development of human resources management and promote interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments of the hospital
- you will ensure efficient, modern and legally compliant HR operations
- you will develop the HR strategy in close coordination with the overall strategy and implements it in a targeted manner
- you, with the 13-person HR team, ensure support and support for managers and employees in all personnel-related, labor law and organizational issues along the entire HR life cycle
- you actively drive forward HR change processes and support the transformation projects of Uster Hospital from a human resources perspective
- the further development of HR processes and instruments as well as topics such as employer branding, Leadership development, employee support, company health management and HR controlling form important parts of your job Requirements:
- Master's or technical college degree as well as in-depth further training in the field of HR
