- Supervise the production of frozen products, from the reception of raw materials to packaging, ensuring the smooth running of each stage.
- Ensure efficiency, fluidity and continuous optimization of manufacturing and freezing processes.

Main responsibilities
- Supervise the production of frozen products, from the reception of raw materials to packaging, ensuring the smooth running of each stage.
- Ensure efficiency, fluidity and continuous optimization of manufacturing and freezing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards, and address non-compliance with quality teams.
- To supervise, motivate and train employees involved in processes related to frozen products.
- Ensure smooth communication and good coordination between production, logistics, quality and other interfaces.
- Plan production volumes according to sales forecasts, storage capacity and stock levels.
- Monitor stocks to prevent ruptures, overproductions and ensure optimal product availability.
- Optimize the use of resources, monitor production KPIs and contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement projects. Requirements
- 5 years: Multi-year professional experience in industrial processing of meat products
- Completed professional learning (CFC): Training in meat products or equivalent.
