Main responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the human and professional management of the area Consumer Finance and Debt Collection Management (Teams: Personal Credit, Leasing and Debt Collection Management)
  • You ensure efficient and effective processing and support sales in planning and ensuring goal achievement
  • Together with your management team, you develop our internal processes, ensure the regulatory requirements and drive digitalization with our value streams
  • You represent Migros Bank in the topic of consumer finance and debt collection management against the outside, and within Migros Bank
  • As part of the management team Banking Operations, you optimize centralized processing in the sense of our customers and our strategy
  • You will continue to develop our internal process control with the aim of further improving transparency in terms of quality, efficiency and utilization. Requirements
  • over 10 years: personal loan and leasing experience and management experience
  • Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business administration, marketing, banking or finance
  • You have strong leadership skills (ideally over 2 levels)
  • You bring a high level of social competence and a strong solution orientation

  • As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR.
