Role overview

The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI) is a multi-sector company.

It includes the EPI WohnWerk, the Lengg High School, the donation Dapples, a seminar center with restaurant and the EPI Central Services.

In addition, the Swiss Epilepsy Foundation together with another foundation forms the sponsorship of Klinik Lengg AG, each with a clinic for epileptology and neurorehabilitation.

Main responsibilities

  • Personnel and professional management of the restaurant EPI Park with a team of 5-7 employees
  • Active participation in day-to-day operations (about 70%) incl. Weekend services as hosts
  • Working hours: majority daily service (08.00 – 17.00)
  • Participation in approximately 30-40 events and evening events outside regular working hours
  • Ensuring a hospitable and service-oriented service for our guests Service planning support
  • Responsibility for sales, planning, organisation and execution of banquets and events
  • Cooperation in budget preparation, management and purchase of goods Promotion and development of your team
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and service standards
  • Close cooperation with the management of gastronomy and cooperation in the seminar center Requirements
  • Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
