- You are the technical contact person for the employees involved in building maintenance and for the users
- They are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the premises and surroundings of the buildings (snow clearance, green areas)
- They organize, plan and supervise building cleaning by cleaning staff and external contractors
- They carry out inspections of the technical facilities and ensure the management of HLS installations
- They do simple repair work on the technical equipment and in the buildings
