Role overview
MAIN TASKS In your role, you are responsible for integrating the principles of Lean Management (GPS) into the area of maintenance in order to maximize the efficiency, availability and reliability of plants and machines.
This includes in particular the following activities: Implementation of lean principles (5S, CIP, etc.) in maintenance to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies taking into account GPS standards Evaluation of plant data via SCADA to identify vulnerabilities and initiate the necessary improvement measures and maintenance steps
