- Administrative support for Global Account Manager
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing complex calendars, scheduling high-stakes meetings, and organizing comprehensive filing systems.
- Manage all global travel arrangements and submit expense reports promptly.

- Provide coordination and administrative support across departmental activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for customer or departmental on-site or off-site meetings and events, including venue selection, catering, technology setup, and post-event follow-up. Reporting
- Compile, analyze, and present departmental data for reports, presentations, and strategic planning, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making.
- Perform simple data related tasks linked to customer and internal data systems.
