As a sales representative (m/w/d) for our Vision Care Team in Switzerland, you take over the independent support of the assigned customer groups (optics) in the area of Central Switzerland . The product range includes contact lenses and care products and the Alcon Dry Eye portfolio. The office is located in the Home Office . A typical working day in this function includes: • Support and development of existing customer base and customer relationships in the corresponding sales area Central Switzerland • Self-planning of visits as part of the specifications and development of sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales • Responsibility for the achievement of targets in the fields of visit frequency, turnover (budget), market share and distribution • Planning, implementation and success analysis of presentations of products, as well as training and workshops with our customers • Documentation and maintenance of customer data using the sales information system HOW TO ALCON MUST: • Ideally experience in sales/outside service or in the eye-optical field • High readiness for travel in your region and category B guide card • Good MS Office knowledge • Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing; Swiss and/or French and Italian knowledge is advantageous • Professional and safe occurrence, as well as strong communicative skills • Representative negotiating skills • Entrepreneurial thinking and action, result-oriented approach and “hands-on” mentality HOW TO

Full-time remote work from Italy is not compatible with cross-border status; extended absences from the Italian home (more than a working week without returning) jeopardise the fiscal regime.

Net salary and the 2024 fiscal agreement. The gross salary advertised here is withheld at source by the Swiss employer at effective rates between 5 % and 19 % in the Canton of Ticino depending on income, marital status and dependants.
