Your Responsibilities
- You develop and share technical knowledge and expertise related to gas engines across the relevant development teams
- You collaborate with technical teams to define solutions in areas such as engine design, combustion, controls and application

- You lead root cause analyses and problem-solving activities for gas engine issues identified on test benches or in the field
- You collect and analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications
- You support technical discussions with customers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with technical requirements, standards and processes
- You identify and develop innovative solutions to improve engine performance, quality, cost and efficiency while contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge management Your Profile
- You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical field
- You have extensive professional experience in gas engine development, specifically for power generation applications
- You possess in-depth technical expertise in gas engines and have a strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the global gas engine market
- You have experience in the technical execution of complex gas engine development projects, from feasibility analysis through to implementation and production readiness
- You are fluent in English and German, knowledge of French is an advantage
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, CRM and ERP systems
