For our modern and efficient bank, we seek to strengthen our team an independent, committed and service-oriented personality as a Financial Planning Specialist (m/f/d). Aufgaben: • You support our clients in the provision of heritage, financial and retirement planning services to our private clients. • You independently carry out financial, pension and foresight advice and also accompany our clients in matters related to the mandate due to incapacity and the patient's advance direction. • You analyze the financial and personal situation of our clients and develop solutions tailored to their needs, offering real added value. • You develop financial and retirement planning using modern expertise tools. • You work with internal and external specialists on complex issues related to succession and foresight, while ensuring their coordination. • In close cooperation with the customer advisors, you guarantee first-rate support, identify potentials and actively contribute to the development of foresight activities. • You represent the bank at customer and specialized events in the region and strengthen our presence in the market. Anforderungen: • Federal patent for financial planner or equivalent training. • Several years of experience in financial and retirement planning and sound banking training. • Strong customer orientation and excellent consulting and bargaining skills. • High sense of responsibility, coupled with a proactive, structured and autonomous approach. • Excellent relational and communication skills, as well as an authentic and convincing personality. • Mastering the German language is an asset. • A strong regional anchor and an existing professional network represent an additional advantage.
