Sushi Mania, a leading Swiss provider of fresh sushi and Asian convenience products, is looking for an entrepreneurial personality as a business partner in finance as part of the Fresh Food & Beverage Group. You are responsible for financial management, accompanying transformation projects, creating transparency, supporting integration and identifying potential for growth and margin.

• Responsibility for all controlling of Sushi Mania, including budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Contact and sparring partner for management and site management in all business issues as well as active support in strategic and operational company decisions.
• Creation and further development of the monthly management reporting including derivation of recommendations for action.
• Conducting profitability, profitability and scenario analyses to support entrepreneurial decisions.
• Responsibility for the administrative and commercial issues of the company.
• Support for the harmonization and integration of financial and business processes as well as financial support for the introduction of a new SAP system.
• Interface to group functions and the Shared Service Center Accounting as well as active participation in compliance, governance and risk management issues.
• Commercial support of investment and transformation projects.

Requirements

• at least 5 years: Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or in a comparable commercial function
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business administration, finance, controlling or comparable discipline
• In-depth experience as a business-oriented controller with strong business partnering competence as well as very good knowledge in controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience in SAP system landscapes
• Collaboration in SAP implementations or transformations is beneficial.
• Good knowledge of accounting and cooperation with shared service centers.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action with a high focus on results as well as strong analytical skills, pragmatism and implementation strength.
• Ability to understand complex issues, advise decision-makers and very good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High initiative and pleasure in actively shaping change, as well as working in a dynamic environment between SME culture and corporate structures.

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications (FFB Group): We continuously review applications received, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing. The decision on progress or withdrawal from the recruitment process will be communicated by telephone or email.
• Talks with HR & department (FFB-Group): The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. It is primarily about learning more about the personnel and specialist skills and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit into the company and team.
• Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. After processing, the result of the leader is presented and then discussed together. Usually, the team is also represented at the presentation. As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (FFB-Group): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent by post.
