- Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as ensuring costs, quality and compliance with JYSK standards
- Participation in the budget process including checking invoices and ongoing costs
- Control of approval procedures and ensuring all necessary permits
- Monitoring of construction projects and support in topics such as security, fire protection and operating costs
- Identification and implementation of optimizations to reduce energy and operating costs
- Support with location acquisition, ticket processing and administrative tasks incl.
- Contract management To be successful in the role, you ideally have the following
- Motivation to actively contribute to the success of JYSK Switzerland and to take responsibility
- Flexible, structured and independent way of working as well as willingness to travel with occasional hotel overnight stays within Switzerland
