80% Prison and Reintegration (JuWe) is responsible as part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich for the execution of penalties and measures as well as the execution of various types of detention.
For our 1,400 people from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of people who have committed crimes, the prevention of recidivism and the detention and preparation for the departure of people without a valid residence permit are of particular importance.
