Environment missions (main area)

• Ensure environmental regulatory oversight and periodically assess site compliance (LPE, OLED, OMOD, Water, OPair, OPAM, ORRChim, etc.).
• Conduct and maintain environmental site analysis (significant aspects and impacts).
• Write and update environmental standards, procedures and instructions and support their implementation through facility management, technical service, logistics and operations.
• Monitor the conformity of the waste chain (special waste monitoring documents, waste disposal lines) and audit the waste management provider in coordination with the logistics.
• Consolidate environmental data provided by services (waste, energy, water, releases, VOCs, etc.), analyse them and prepare synthesis reports.
• Prepare and lead the ISO 14001 certification process (management system, internal audits, follow-up of corrective actions).
• Be the contact point for the competent authorities on environmental issues (authorisations, controls, declarations) and participate in external and regulatory audits.
• Identify pollution response capabilities and coordinate spill management. Occupational safety and health
• Conduct risk analysis at workstations, write reports in the dedicated tool and list mitigation measures.
• Participate in the selection and reception of new machines and installations (safety and environment components).
• Participate in accident analysis and incident management (hazardous situations, risky behaviour, near accidents).
• Validate new chemicals prior to introduction and manage the inventory and safety data sheets.
• Create, update and deliver training modules on environment, safety and health at work.
• Participate in the workshopfloor of the various sectors under responsibility and in awareness campaigns. Profile
• You have a HES/ES degree in environmental sciences or a Federal STPS Specialist Patent with proven experience in the field of the environment
• You benefit from a minimum 3-5 year experience in industry with a strong focus on environmental topics
• ISO 14001 internal auditor training and experience in implementing the ISO 14001 standard are a considerable asset
• You have mastered the Microsoft Office suite
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English
