• Professional, individual care and care according to established care guidelines
• Respectful and loving accompaniment of the inhabitants, focusing on their dignity and self-determination
• Participation in reports, team meetings and training
• Ensure full, professional and differentiated care
• Care documentation in the Care Coach
• Active participation in the RAI survey
• Assuming daily or shift responsibility

You bring that with you

• Training as a specialist in health and professional experience, beneficial in long-term care
• You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and are happy to pass on your knowledge to colleagues and learners
• You are independent, competent and active thinking is important to you
• An empathetic accompaniment of the residents is just as obvious to you as an effective work organization and an appreciative cooperation in the team.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of RAI/RUG and CareCoach
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
